While some agents in the Wilmington area feel that the market is very slow, I continue to be pleased with the number of new contacts I am making each day and the prospects I have who are looking to sell their real estate or buy more. The interest rates are so good right now and Wilmington just got rated in the top 10 places by CNNMoney to buy for real estate appreciation in the next 5 years. Sounds great to me.
